Russell Wilson gets Denver Broncos contract extension

After two months of negotiations, the Denver Broncos finally agreed to a five-year, $245 million contract with Russell Wilson. Russell Wilson only had two years remaining on his previous contract with the Seattle Seahawks, so he had to discuss the requirements for his next contract with his new team. After signing Russell Wilson for a while, the Denver Broncos are not currently considering an extension because they don’t yet fully understand the player’s physique.

During last month’s practice, the Denver Broncos saw the leadership and quality of quarterback Russell Wilson, who can bring positive energy to the team. The Denver Broncos have improved in the new season after three rounds of preseason games, so the team believes in Russell Wilson’s ability. The Denver Broncos ultimately decided to offer a contract extension to let Russell Wilson do more work for the team. In a five-year extension, Russell Wilson will wear a Denver Broncos jersey until at least 2028, when he turns 40.

Russell Wilson dislikes transfers and wants to accomplish his career goals with the Denver Broncos. So after getting this extension, Russell Wilson is grateful for the team’s trust. Seattle Seahawks jerseys are a thing of the past, and Russell Wilson is looking to regain championship honors with the Denver Broncos. This season is going to be a tough one in the AL, and every team here has gotten better this summer.
